How Sessions Work

Your first session is a chance to get oriented. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. We’ll talk through what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like.

Sessions are 45–50 minutes and held weekly or at a pace you and your therapist decide on together. All sessions take place over secure video on a HIPAA‑compliant platform, and you can join from your phone, tablet, or computer from anywhere within your therapist’s licensed state.

We verify your insurance benefits before your first session so you know what to expect. Private pay options are also available, and we keep costs transparent throughout your care.
